• Experience with or training in Checkmarx Static Application Security Testing (CxSAST)

Job Title: Security Analyst Location: ONSITE, Montgomery, AL Position Description: This position works closely with enterprise application development, network operations, and system administration teams to ensure security of more than one IT functional area (e.g., infrastructure, development, security, data, and/or Web) across the enterprise. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Supervise project staff, provide technical guidance on work assignments, independently perform major segments of engagement, act as liaison between project staff and project manager, and perform assigned tasks related to the engagement. The Senior Auditor will support the client's overall effort to become FIAR compliant. Job Title: Business Analyst Advanced  Location: ONSITE, Montgomery, AL  Position Description: Transitioning from a monolithic system with 14 different business functions to an interoperable, modular system based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). This multi-year “Modularity” project will include working with multiple vendors and may include multiple project methodologies. The project must comply with the Federal standards and regulations such as: • Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) • CMS Seven Conditions and Standards • Outcomes-Based Certification (OBC) • 21st Century Cures Act (Cures Act) • Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health act (HITECH act) There are two vendors already in the program and there are three more contracts being actively worked on. The AMA is moving away from custom software development to procuring software that is configured to meet business needs. This will require the Business Analyst to be very comfortable understanding the contract, the business and the requirements. To support this effort, the AMA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to be a member of the Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) team. Although the vendors will be responsible for developing most of the project documents, the Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and approving artifacts related to the program, project or software. The Business Analyst must also understand the contract and be able to verify the contract requirements are met. The Business Analyst will be working directly with the business areas to support them and ensure their understanding of the vendor proposed solutions. This position will work closely with the business areas, vendors and Project Management Office (PMO) vendor.   Job Title: Database Analyst/Programmer  Location: Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL  Job Summary: The Database Analyst/Programmer will support the operation and maintenance of enterprise-level Air Force aircraft communications, equipment maintenance, and training simulation systems. The applicant will maintain the integrity, security, and availability and ensure the highest level of system performance for multiple databases to include locally-hosted, cloud-hosted, and cloud-based versions.  Responsibilities:

• Performs Oracle SQL server, Azure SQL server and application server administration
• Performs disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and data monitoring
• Develops full life-cycle management plans for locally-hosted, cloud-hosted and cloud-based databases
• Develops data migration plans to transition databases into cloud-based environments
• Performs database migration activities to include base-line data assessments, data replication and migration, data and data structure testing
• Prepares detailed reports and other documentation on database status and technical support and migration efforts
• Creates risk migration plans for database management and migration efforts
• Reviews technical change proposals to determine effects on integrity and security of database
• Participants in technical interchange meetings, design sessions, and unit testing efforts
• Helps foster a collaborative, team-based environment, sharing standard methodologies, and building positive relationships

 Required Abilities/Experience:

• 5+ years related database administration experience
• 5+ years C#, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL experience
• Self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision
• Ability to anticipate potential problems and act to minimize their impact

Job Description: Provide oversight of applicable vendor and/or Agency processes, methodologies, and tools to minimize risk and validate the applicable requirements, standards and best practices are being followed on the technical aspects of the project. Assist in defining and developing enterprise-wide IT project/program management practices, governance standards, processes, and metrics. Provide support, coordination and governance on Agency policies, procedures, and best practices to help implement and maintain project quality standards Compiles metrics relating to IT project attributes such as risks, impact and issues and adherence to defined processes. Responsibilities include maintenance of internal documentation library, providing and/or coordinating tasks with the team, special documentation services as required, and oversight of special projects. Perform technical reviews and assessments of vendor and Agency tasks, deliverables, and work products, including providing recommendations for risk mitigation and acceptance. Monitor the execution aspects of the projects and the project activities of the vendor(s) to provide input and guidance on the efficiencies. Review all project documents and project environments to evaluate completeness and accuracy of technical requirements from a project execution perspective to determine whether the standards and best practices are incorporated into the system development process.
