Senior Auditor

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Supervise project staff, provide technical guidance on work assignments, independently perform major segments of engagement, act as liaison between project staff and project manager, and perform assigned tasks related to the engagement. The Senior Auditor will support the client's overall effort to become FIAR compliant. Job Title: Business Analyst Advanced  Location: ONSITE, Montgomery, AL  Position Description: Transitioning from a monolithic system with 14 different business functions to an interoperable, modular system based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). This multi-year “Modularity” project will include working with multiple vendors and may include multiple project methodologies. The project must comply with the Federal standards and regulations such as: • Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) • CMS Seven Conditions and Standards • Outcomes-Based Certification (OBC) • 21st Century Cures Act (Cures Act) • Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health act (HITECH act) There are two vendors already in the program and there are three more contracts being actively worked on. The first Vendor to join the project was the Program Management Office (PMO) vendor who is responsible for managing the project, defining the AMA enterprise architecture, defining requirements and leading the organizational change management effort. The AMA is moving away from custom software development to procuring software that is configured to meet business needs. This will require the Business Analyst to be very comfortable understanding the contract, the business and the requirements. To support this effort, the AMA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to be a member of the Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) team. Although the vendors will be responsible for developing most of the project documents, the Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and approving artifacts related to the program, project or software. The Business Analyst must also understand the contract and be able to verify the contract requirements are met. The Business Analyst will be working directly with the business areas to support them and ensure their understanding of the vendor proposed solutions. This position will work closely with the business areas, vendors and Project Management Office (PMO) vendor. Field Assistance Service (FAS) Program Location: Maxwell AFB – Gunter Annex, Montgomery AL Must have an ACTIVE Secret-Level clearance Overview 3 Squared Technology Group is seeking a highly qualified Help Desk Technicians to join our dynamic team on the Field Assistance Service (FAS) Program in Montgomery, AL. The FAS team is responsible for providing 24/7/365 Help Desk Support for the Air Force and Department of Defense. 3 Squared Technology Group will utilize the following posting to collect resumes to fill a myriad of different positions within the FAS Team.  These positions will include Team Leads, Shift Leads, Trainers, Technicians and Managers.  FAS Team members will be expected to work to support 24-hour operations including day, swing and mid shift work schedules. Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training or work experience.
• 2-4 Years of telephone customer service or help desk experience.
• Familiar with Ticketing Software (i.e. Remedy).
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting network, desktop and/or systems hardware and software.
• Excellent communication, business analytical and problem-solving/trouble shooting skills.
• Effective Customer Service and management skills/capabilities; including a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (internally) and/or externally.
• Strong English language skills (both written and verbal).
• Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends when necessary.
• Must be a US Citizen, and currently possess an ACTIVE Secret-Level clearance and ability to maintain such clearance.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide help desk support for all supported applications via phone/email.
• Serve as the initial contact for reporting technical issues and answering questions regarding field user issues.
• Accurately diagnose client technical issues; gather the necessary information; and perform standard, preliminary research using all relevant available resources.
• Effectively implement the steps found in available resources by following the instructions to resolve field user issues. Escalate unresolved issues to Team Leads.
• Clearly and thoroughly document requests for assistance in ticket management system, and track incidents through to resolution/escalation (per client guidelines).
• Identify potential outages and other problems (via information gathering, ticket trends, etc.) and communicate the information to Team Leads in a timely manner.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Provide guidance and work mentorship to less-experienced technicians.

The applicant will maintain the integrity, security, and availability and ensure the highest level of system performance for multiple databases to include locally-hosted, cloud-hosted, and cloud-based versions.  Responsibilities:

• Performs Oracle SQL server, Azure SQL server and application server administration
• Performs disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and data monitoring
• Develops full life-cycle management plans for locally-hosted, cloud-hosted and cloud-based databases
• Develops data migration plans to transition databases into cloud-based environments
