This position is for development, maintenance and support of WebMethods environments for
the CARES Project. The web methods developer works closely with customers, business
analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and
design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT
strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards. Involved in the full
systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining
and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Makes
recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design,
performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. Has

Job Description:

Provide oversight of applicable vendor and/or Agency processes, methodologies, and tools to minimize risk and validate the applicable requirements, standards and best practices are being followed on the technical aspects of the project.

Assist in defining and developing enterprise-wide IT project/program management practices, governance standards, processes, and metrics.

Job Title:

Business Analyst Advanced

 Location:

 Position Description:

Transitioning from a monolithic system with 14 different business functions to an interoperable, modular system based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). This multi-year “Modularity” project will include working with multiple vendors and may include multiple project methodologies. The project must comply with the Federal standards and regulations such as: • Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) • CMS Seven Conditions and Standards • Outcomes-Based Certification (OBC) • 21st Century Cures Act (Cures Act) • Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health act (HITECH act) There are two vendors already in the program and there are three more contracts being actively worked on. The first Vendor to join the project was the Program Management Office (PMO) vendor who is responsible for managing the project, defining the AMA enterprise architecture, defining requirements and leading the organizational change management effort. The AMA is moving away from custom software development to procuring software that is configured to meet business needs. This will require the Business Analyst to be very comfortable understanding the contract, the business and the requirements. To support this effort, the AMA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to be a member of the Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) team. Although the vendors will be responsible for developing most of the project documents, the Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and approving artifacts related to the program, project or software. The Business Analyst must also understand the contract and be able to verify the contract requirements are met. The Business Analyst will be working directly with the business areas to support them and ensure their understanding of the vendor proposed solutions. This position will work closely with the business areas, vendors and Project Management Office (PMO) vendor.

3 Squared Technology Group is seeking a highly qualified Help Desk Technicians to join our dynamic team on the Field Assistance Service (FAS) Program in Montgomery, AL. The FAS team is responsible for providing 24/7/365 Help Desk Support for the Air Force and Department of Defense.

Position Summary

3 Squared Technology Group is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Installation Technician with strong hands-on experience in structured cabling, security camera systems, and electronic door/access-control systems.

The ideal candidate is a field technician who can perform professional commercial installations from start to finish, including pulling and terminating cable, installing cameras, mounting and connecting access-control equipment, installing door hardware, testing systems, troubleshooting problems, and documenting completed work.

This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently as well as part of an installation team in commercial and government environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, label, and troubleshoot Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A structured cabling.
• Pull and route low-voltage cable through ceilings, walls, conduit, cable trays, and other approved pathways.
• Install and terminate patch panels, network jacks, keystone modules, and related structured-cabling components.
• Install network and telecommunications racks, cabinets, cable management, and associated equipment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of low-voltage installation experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience pulling and terminating structured cabling.
• Experience with Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A cabling and RJ45 termination.
• Experience installing commercial IP security cameras.
• Experience with door access-control systems and electrified door hardware.
• Familiarity with electric strikes and magnetic locks.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot readers, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, and associated wiring.
• Basic understanding of Ethernet networking, TCP/IP, PoE, switches, and IP addressing.
• Ability to use cable testers, tone generators/probes, multimeters, hand tools, drills, and other installation equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, floor plans, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and customer-site screening requirements.

• Ladders and lifts
• Network racks and patch panels
• PoE network equipment

• Security camera mounting and installation hardware

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders and lifts.
• Ability to work above ceilings and in telecommunications rooms and other commercial installation environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical installation work for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.

Preferred Certifications

The following certifications are beneficial but not required unless specified by the project:

• BICSI Installer or Technician
• CompTIA Network+
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Manufacturer-specific security camera certifications
• Manufacturer-specific access-control certifications
• Structured cabling or fiber certifications

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a true hands-on low-voltage technician, not simply an IT support technician.

The successful candidate should be capable of arriving at a job site, reviewing the installation requirements, pulling and terminating cable, installing and mounting security cameras, installing access-control devices and door hardware, testing the installation, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a professional finished product.

Strong cabling experience is essential. Experience with both security cameras and electronic door/access-control systems is highly preferred.
